- Ever since L.A. Chinese Express emerged in the San Diego area, another venture began in the Valley, Granada Hills, California, shortly after Thang La and Ann Wong began scouting the Desert Area.Lately, Palmdale gets to experience his team of outstanding food and heritage and Culinary specialties.
